Story line: Sanju (Emraan Hashmi) a charming master of safe cracker wants to
leave his career in crime and start a new life , decides to team up with two
dangerous criminals to commit his last sin. They decide to rob a bank which
will eliminate all his worries about money again in his life. They plan and rob
a bank. Everything sails smoothly.
Now, Sanju is given a task to
hide the robbed amount till things settle down and the money can be divided.
After two months, the two goons visit Sanju to collect their share, but Sanju
refuses even to identify them. What exactly is going on in Sanju's mind? The
film Ghanchakkar is a crazy , eccentric roller coaster suspense ride which
surprises and shocks at the same time entertains the viewers at every twist.
Know more about the Captain of the Ship: RajKumar Gupta is a very acclaimed film maker and screenplay
writer in the Bollywood. He has delivered some extraordinary films like 'Aamir'
and 'No One Killed Jessica'. The talented director was born in Hazaribagh in
Jharkhand in the year 1976. He went to the Delhi Public School in Bokaro. He
did his further studies at the University of Delhi and and at Rajmas College. He
was a very humble and quiet boy during his school days.
Gupta made his debut in the
Bollywood as a director with the film 'Aamir' in the year 2008. The film
starred Rajeev Khandelwal and was critically acclaimed for its unique story and
presentation. His success was followed by another critically appreciated movie
'No One Killed Jessica' . The movie was based on a real life story of Jessica
Lall murder case. The movie starred Vidya Balan and Rani Mukherjee in the lead
roles and was really appreciated by one and all.
Before debuting as a director
Gupta has worked as an associate director for the films like No Smoking and
Black Friday. He wrote the script for the films like 'Aamir', 'Barah Aana' ,
and 'No One Killed Jessica'.

My Gut Feel and comments:
I am getting a vibes of an intelligently
handle script with some decent performances from the Emran Hashmi and Vidya
Balan with other two supporting cast Rajesh Sharma and Namit Das. Emran Hashmi
evolved as an actor and created a special place in Bollywood with some enduring
performances in recent years. As I go by
my gut feel I am expecting an full paisa wasol entertainer which would appeal
to single screen and multiplex audience. With moderate budget and different
story and presentation I am expecting a hit. I would give 3.5 out of 5 stars to
this movie five days before the release date.
